My first block in the group is going to Cathy in Australia

Today I spent 1 hour looking through my purple fabric trying to figure out which ones to use. It happens to be my favorite color and I wanted it to be extra special. Cathy asked for the 9 patch done with 5" squares. I hope she likes the block. :-)

    Selecting the fabric is almost always the hardest part for me too. Your first block looks great. Welcome to the group.
