I havent posted for a while but have still been sending and receiving blocks, so in case my partners had not got around to posting what they sent or received, here's the last few months blocks!

January Block received from Suzanne C.

Sorry I'm late in posting this.  I thought I had done it.

I received my January block from my partner Suzanne.  

She actually sent me 2 blocks, because she made them both and couldn’t decide. 

Suzanne that was very nice of you, I love them both!  

Isn’t the fabric gorgeous?  She did such a great job.

January Block Swap Received From Mary in New Egypt!

I was thrilled to receive a parcel from my Parcel Guy! It was a lovely blue parcel all the way 
from New Egypt NJ!


The wonderful Mary from Marilizsmusings sent me a fantastic log cabin block as well as a 
beautiful smelling candle.

I love this block and the fabrics are awesome. She is only a beginner quilter, but you would think
 she had been quilting for years with this beautifully sewn block.

My block arrived from Robyn in Australia, I'm so excited. I pulled it out of my envelope,it and my husband said that is so you. He is right, it so me. Robyn great job, I couldn't be happier!

Well here is the complete block...

My beautiful block has arrived all the way from the lovely Brenda in Tennessee.

Brenda has managed to hit my colour request exactly, although you just cant see how incredibly pretty and beautiful the colours are in the photo.

I love Brenda's choice of block too - The Bird Of Paradise.

I wish you could see the true colours in this block, the purple is much more vibrant and so incredibly pretty and so too are the aquas.

I also received a delightful little surprise with my block, it made my day, maybe even my year :-)

Sneak peak for Robyn in Australia

Here is a sneak peak for Robyn. She asked for a Friendship scrap block and the colors to be burgundy and creams. I hope she likes it.

I should be getting this in the mail today, if not today Tuesday (Monday being Martin Luther King Jr. day)

Now I'm off to get ready for my quilting group at church. Happy quilting everyone.

This wonderful block came to me from Shannon.  I had requested red, white, and blue with a block of the makers choice.  Love the boldness of this block.  Shannon also included a winter post card of Idaho's Sawtooth Mountains.  Thank you for the beautiful block, Shannon!!

I received this wonderful block in today's mail from Sue S.  She followed my request for red white and blue perfectly.  You can't see it, but the white on white has little patriotic hearts on it.  I love it, Sue!  Thank you!!
