I received the block from Melissa and she received mine so I guess I can share them both here

This is the one I made for her (she asked for a cat block on a purple background)

Kim, I'm sorry I'm running so late this month.  I got a late start, and then this block just about got the best of me.  I think I used an entire spool of thread..  Sewing...ripping...sewing...ripping....sewing.......
