Block peek for Leona in Florida!

I only recieved the fabric for this block yesterday, I had no red and white, or aqua in my small stash! I was so worried I wouldn't make the deadline, as I have to ship from the UK, so I immediately made it up last night in two versions of log cabin and decided this morning which one to send. I really really hope she likes it!

Sneak Peek for Robin

Here's a sneak peek of the block I finished over the weekend for Robin. Her only request was that the colors be aqua, red and white. That was perfect for me since this is one of my favorite color combinations and I won some fabric in these colors in a recent giveaway. They are so minty fresh!

Robin, I'll be putting it in the mail by Wednesday.

Block from Linda

This lovely block arrived from Linda last week and while I thanked Linda in a email forgot to post picture here. It was my block that I sent her that she posted about that reminded me I had yet to take a photo of her block to me. Life happens and gets in the way of sewing and blogging. Like weddings and being unwell but as most of you have seen or read about, there have been devastating floods in Queensland and Kris one of the OPAM lives in Toowoomba and has posted pictures from where her husband works.
Toni over at make it perfect is hosting a auction starting next Monday I'm thinking I might just have to join in and do something.

Block From Sue S.

I received this wonderful block in today's mail from Sue S. She followed my request for red white and blue perfectly. You can't see it, but the white on white has little patriotic hearts on it. I love it, Sue! Thank you!!

January Block for Theresa

Here is a sneak peek of the block I made for Theresa. Theresa asked to have blue used in her block. She said we could use other colors as long as blue was the main color. I hope you will like your block, Theresa. I had a lot of fun making it for you. It will be in the mail soon.......as soon as I can dig out from the snow!

***The white in the block is a white-white. It looks yellow in the photo.

A Snippet for Mary in Toronto

I cannot get the camera to "read" the colors on this block correctly - it's driving me nuts! So, Mary - you'll have to think "more teal and a little brighter" when you try to envision the whole block. :) It's going out today!
