Block from Brenda in WA

This pretty block arrived yesterday from Brenda in Washington.  It fits perfectly into my collection.  It's the last block needed for this quilt. Thanks, Brenda!

Here are all my blocks together.  I requested a block with orange or yellow or orange and yellow.  The design of the block was up to the maker.  Thanks everybody!  This isn't the final layout.  There will be some sashing involved too.  I haven't decided on the sashing fabric yet.  Have a great weekend!
For my next set of blocks I have requested churndash blocks with a cream background.  I can't wait to start seeing them!

Love all the combinations and variations on orange and yellow

Very nice and so sunny! I immediately started to lay them out with four of the white background ones in the four corners but that left one needing placement. With another row of blocks, the fifth could be the very center block. These blocks will make up beautifully and I can hardly wait to see the finished quilt. Did Brenda happen to tell you the name of her block? Seems like it would make a wonderful secondary pattern. Thanks for sharing.

amazing how blocks from so many different hands can look like they were made altogether! Very nice.

Nancy -- Great idea with putting the whites in the corners. I need to play with these some more soon. Brenda did not say the name of the block.
