This wonderful block came to me from Shannon. I had requested red, white, and blue with a block of the makers choice. Love the boldness of this block. Shannon also included a winter post card of Idaho's Sawtooth Mountains. Thank you for the beautiful block, Shannon!!

Linda added a post card to my package and I loved that idea. It is nice to see where others live. I love this block. It has some cool effects if you where to make this pattern over and over. I am glad that you like it Linda.

Love the block and the idea of including a postcard. I always keep a handful of Florida postcards in my mailing center. It just never clicked to add one to a swap package.
I think a whole quilt made of these blocks would be fun.
