I thought I would follow the example set by you my fellow block swapers and post a little peek at the block I have made for my January partner. This is my first ever swap block so am a little nervous that my partner, Munaiba, will like it. She asked for a Dutchmans puzzle block in brights / Kaffes fabric. I have to admit this is different to my tastes, but I managed to find some Kaffe fabric in my stash and am happy with the outcome. I have tried some new things this month; I chose to use some fussy cutting of the feature fabric in addition to never having made this block pattern before.
I can't wait to see all of the blocks in full. Happy quilting. Caroline

Wow, very colourful. Dutchman's puzzle looks interesting.
